Leatt 3DF 6.0 Elbow Guards

I bought this for protection while riding my OneWheel. I normally wear a large but, got one size up for the loose fit. The inside cup my elbows and does not go out of place. This give me a lot of arm movements compare to traditional elbow pads. This protect both my elbows and forearms. I have scraped my elbows and forearms on the pavement a few times and this is good protection for my arms. It's a little pricey but, it is worth the money for the protection and comfort.

I have used other Leatt safety gear in the past and have been very impressed with their products. These are no different. Good fit, quality built, and comfortable.

Great fit and protection

The pads are very comfortable but gave less impact protection than my old evs hard armor pads from the 80's that I still have and work great.

I have lots of Leatt stuff and it always fits correctly, wears very well, and works very well. Today I saved my elbow when a jump off a rock drop didn’t go perfectly. Elbow absolutely fine, just dirty. These never slip down either, they stay in place perfectly including during the crash. You get what you pay for, easily worth it.

I am finally done searching for the perfect elbow guards.

These fit well, stay in place and allow you to hold your arms in their natural standing position and straighten your elbow without resistance. When researching these, I had a hard time finding any that were big enough for athletic builds. Most large sized elbow protection are rated for 13" biceps, which is bizarre. These in XL are rated for 15" inches, and they will fit slightly larger than that without being overly tight. I'm using them for snowboarding but would be great for any active sports use. Haven't tested them against any large impacts, but they will certainly save you from chipping elbows on rails or ice from a sports related fall.

Leatt makes quality gear and these are no exception. The fit is excellent and the protection is there when you need it. A little hot on hot days but that's to be expected, which elbow pads aren't. I would recommend these to anyone and if I had to do it all over again I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.
