A consistently delicious muesli.
The only way to improve on this delicious product is to make larger packages of it! It arrived fresh and as described.

My favorite cereal.
I loved this cereal had it as a child, hadn't had it in years. And years and years, and then I said, I'm going to see if I can find it, the packaging is different used to be Brown. Now. It's red, my favorite cereal, very granola, and Oats and nuts, it's, it's just fabulous.I love it very, very much little on the expensive side, but hell, we're worth it

If you also get the blue box Alpen it’s not the same.
I recieved the blue box- it is not the same. The taste doesn’t even come close. I grew up eating the Origionsl in Ireland. It would have been amazing muesli cereal.

Not nearly as good as in Europe
I agree with other reviewers that this is not the same as the Alpen muesli produced in Europe. I just moved back to the US after living in London for many years, where I ate this all the time. The box I received here did not taste the same. Such a shame, as this is really nice, healthy alternative to other cereal options! I wish it matched the quality in Europe.

Great Wholesome Muesli Cereal
I have ate this particular cereal for years but I have had trouble finding it in stores for some reason. It is a great cereal for me tastes great as well. It does come in a “no sugar added” choice as well and it is made in Canada.

Shake the box
The cereal has a nice filling mix of whole grains, fruits, and nuts. Price is high at $5.19 for a small 14oz box. If this cereal is not sweet enough for you, I'd recommend shaking up the box before pouring into a bowl. The sugar that's in the ingredients is very fine in texture and settles to the bottom of the box. My last two bowls were very sweet due to the settling of the sugar, while the initial bowls were a bit bland. If you are avoiding sugar or don't like sweetness, there is a no sugar added version which I intend on getting.
