What is the shelf life? The bacon Need refrigeration ?

No refrigeration necessary as I recall. We bought them more than a year ago and, being in between dogs, we gave them to our daughter in Oregon (2 dogs) and our son in London (1 dog). They and their pets loved 'em. And, dealing w/ the Portland company that makes them proved to be delightful.

What is the shelf life?
