I think this works well. I’ve been pleased w/everything I’ve tried from this brand. My labwork looks good, so I’m guessing this works as advertised.

Second time mom here. I wish I took these with my first!!! 3 days postpartum and my mood is still fantastic, I’m pumping 2 oz every 2 hours, my baby’s not gassy or bloated like when I took other lactation supplements, and physically I feel fantastic (other than being tired from lack of sleep). It legitimately took me almost 2 weeks with my first kid to feel this good and it’s only been 3 days since I had the baby. I had real bad baby blues right off the get go with my first kid and so far I feel better than before I had the baby! So glad I bought the large pack off the get go and I will certainly be purchasing again.

These are actually very good! I feel like i have tried so many and this was my last hope. It does not disappoint! My mood has improved, easy to swallow for its size and no bad after taste! No side effects.

I am on my second bottle of Pink Stork Total Postnatal Vitamins and really love them. I used Pink Stork magnesium during pregnancy and trusted the brand going into postpartum. These vitamins are easy on my stomach and include everything I want in one place, like vegan DHA, iron, folate, and B12. They also smell and taste good. They feel thoughtfully made for postpartum recovery and breastfeeding, and I have noticed good support for my energy and overall well being. I plan to keep these as part of my daily routine and would highly recommend them to other postpartum and breastfeeding moms.

These are pretty complete compared to other post partum vitamins for a breastfeeding mom. The scent doesn’t really help much. The texture is smooth. Unfortunately like most postpartum good quality vitamins, they have a bad taste so drink them with something flavored and night time not on an empty stomach or you will have a stomachache. With any good vitamin, to fit a compete ingredient list the dosage requirement is 2 capsules. So if you are trying to minimize the amount of pills daily, this is not for you. The daily amount of each mineral and vitamin required for a mom who recently gave birth is different than when she was pregnant and Pink Stork hits the mark. After many hours of research and trying many pregnancy and postnatal vitamins, I can say these are the best i found. Ritual was good PREnatal but pink stork has the best POST-natal. Great Value for your money too. I am subscribed for as long as I continue to breastfeed. I have been taking these daily for 7 months now.

I love that these are women-owned, prayed over (even though I’m not religious), and are made with love. However, the taste is unpleasant for me. They smell and taste like algae, which I suppose is better than fish, but is hard for me to stomach. It’s important to get those Omega 3’s though! For this reason, I don’t take them as often as I probably should.
