I'm very happy with both the product and the overall experience. The drying rack is sturdy, smooth to operate, and saves a lot of space — perfect for indoor drying. Sturdy hanger with quality material
The steel pipes were of jsl steel, good quality. Caps were pre fitted. The bracket thickness also is very good, compared to homewell hangers.

Missing accessories
Wanted to return as wall string holder and one 6ft pipe missing. It took many days to respond and meanwhile it is very essential since we have heavy rains. So our plumber brought one cloth hanger ( for wall clamp) and fixed 2pipes. It's total irresponsibility of the seller for not sending complete item. See the pictures

Genuine product
I have been using this from last 2 years. Rope is damaged, will company send a pair of ropes again. It was mentioned in the delivery packet that customer can request another set of ropes
