**Q: I'm looking for a liquid “5-methyltetrahydrofolate” or “5-MTHF” folate and was directed to this product, but it looks like this is folic acid based?**
A: This is not Folic Acid!   This is Folinic Acid.  They are separate compounds.  Some people with MTHFR issues find this helpful.However, this is also NOT 5-MTHF either.  It is one step away from 5-MTHF chemically.If you're looking for 5-MTHF, this is not the product you want.

A: Yes it is.  Take care!

**Q: Can you put a drop in a drink or directly into a g-tube?**
A: I put it under my tongue. Good taste to it so it’s easy!
