I bought a 1X. I am a size 14 but have a DDD bra size. I had to wear this for work and I did not want it to be tight. The top fit perfect but the skirt was huge. I tacked it at the waist but because it was elastic it's still stretched and was a little bit too big. Nobody even knew because the top covered it anyways . The accessories were great. The only thing I needed for the costume was a pair of shoes and a long umbrella. The parrot head for the umbrella had a slit on it and fit over our large golf umbrella perfect. This custom was comfortable and super easy.
