I have suffered with IBS-D for 35 years. I was put on Imodium by my doctor in 1982. They worked great for about 10-15 years but weakened. I am still currently taking 3 Imodiums when I get up along with 2 Earth's Pearls and to be honest, I have never had the symptoms of IBS-D since, I spent so much money on probiotics and "cures" and they failed me every time. I saw the Earth's Pearls probiotics with prebiotics browsing on Amazon and thought I'd give it one more shot as I was desperate for help. Score!! I started taking 3 a day, all at once, which was a bit too much just starting out on them and my stomach hurt a bit. I am still on 3 Imodium when I get up of the morning with the 2 Pearls. I didn't have one bit of trouble swallowing them, (not much bigger than a pea) I took them with a sip of warm coffee, went straight down, (you may prefer water, but I don't like water). They are tiny but they pack a powerful punch for my IBS-D. I have been eating anything and everything and have not had any stomach issues with my IBS-D like before. Finally, I found a solution to what was making me a prisoner in my own home for the last 10++ years basically. I get out and go to flea markets, auctions, places I had loved going before this terrible IBS came on. In closing, if you have IBS-D, I would suggest you try these, everyone isn't the same, I am speaking on my own results I'm finally free thanks to Earth's Pearl Probiotics and I couldn't be more thankful!! By the way, I did not get paid nor a free product for my review. It is honest regardless of what others say about the reviews being fake, I know what works and what don't. I would not sit here and take the time to bother leaving this long review if they didn't work for me and trying to help others suffering from IBS-D. I had fallen into a deep depression over my IBS-D ,(YES, IT WAS THAT BAD) and had to be put on antidepressants , I had NO desire to be living this "So called LIFE, I pulled my curtains shut, didn't answer the phone, cried every day to no end, it's like a huge dark pit you can't climb out of, no desire to go outside, nor eat, I fell to 90 lbs. in 3 weeks from 125 lbs. with Depression caused by IBS-D, keeping me locked up inside the house. I wasn't sure this product was working for a long time to be honest so I didn't use it for a month and skipped my subscription. My subscription sent it and I was like well I have it, might as well use it. Well, let me tell you I didn't realize how backed up I was until I took this. I took it in the morning on Thursday and on Friday morning, it had cleaned out the entirety of my intestinal tract no joke. I had a little constipation which I didn't realize I had until I took that. I am now a firm believer in this product. Lost probably 5 lbs that had just been hanging out in my gut. Feel like a new person haha!

Details relevant to readers: each one is a small spherical pressed pill, maybe the size of a fat pea, or 2/3 the volume of an edamame bean. it's ever so slightly gritty but i find it very easy to swallow. i much prefer this experience to any other probiotic ive taken. most are much larger, and some are in those gelatin caps. this is very convenient and apparently effective. i need to be more consistent with these :) What I noticed: i was on antibiotics three times in three months last fall, so i messed up my biome big time. on top of that, i have celiac disease so my gut is never actually happy. i seek out fermented foods and prebiotic plants, but it's not enough. my issues can cause weird things like canker sores, which i now get pretty easily. it seems like theres always something painful happening in my mouth between gluten exposure and my permanent retainer. anyway, i take this from time to time but today i was in particular pain after a few days of a sore in my mouth. i finally remembered that i had these and that ive heard multiple people talk about probiotics helping their canker sores. i took one and i kid you not, the pain was gone within five minutes. the sore is still slightly tender, but it is so much less painful that it feels mostly healed. i only swallowed the pill, but ive heard others have success making a paste out of them and rinsing their mouth with it. i have no idea what causes my mouth to do this that can be fixed by helpful bacteria, but i'm convinced

These were honestly really great. I had them on subscription and was giving them to my kids ages 4 & 8. They’re small, easy to swallow, and I liked the ingredient makeup. When we ran out, I went to look at my subscription. I hadn’t received my last order because they came off Prime. Searching for an alternative, I found Hyperbiotics Vital Nutrients Pro-15 which appear to be the same exact thing, slightly less expensive and available on Prime. Most nutraceutical products are manufactured by a contract manufacturer - it’s just like private label (or store brand). A manufacturer sources the ingredients and makes the product with the respective labeling - these are called contract manufacturers (I work in an industry with these companies and have personally visited several of these companies and their manufacturing plants). Now, I cannot say whether these and the new ones I found by Hyperbiotics are the exact same product and ingredients, they appear to be looking at the finished products and their labels. I understand prices can fluctuate and sometimes products can’t be fulfilled by Prime. Do your own research and comparison of course. As for this product, we had been using these for 6 months for our kids and loved them. One is medically complex and has significant GI issues, requiring a daily (quality) probiotic to supplement his diet and meds, and these worked great. Just check pricing, shipping and compare to find what works for you. I hope this helps other families.

Decidí comprar estos pre-probióticos pensando que serían una muy buena opción por el tema de que son perlas y la presentación es diferente y los múltiples beneficios que “decían” contener. En lo personal me siento estafada, tire mi dinero. No solo no funcionan, sino que no ves ni un cambio en realidad. Decidí esperarme a dejar pasar tiempo para ver si quizá cambiaba mi tema intestinal, por ser las primeras dosis o en lo que empezaba a hacer efecto. Y nunca pasó nada. No lo recomiendo para nada y ojalá hagan algo con esta situación, no está padre sentir que tiras tu dinero cuando en realidad lo que quieres es recibir un beneficio por lo que pagas.
