The box came a bit beat up. But the tiles were fine. They matched the thickness of my old tiles well and after installing four of them I was completely satisfied. The quality is very good. The first one is that if the item is being sold through Amazon Prime it is quite possible that it will be sold at a lower price and if enough gets ordered and the price is over the limit they set you get free shipping. I was expecting more off-white but in person the gray influence is quite heavy. I'll update this review once I install them, I have different color ofnthe same laminate tiles in my other bathroom from this brand, they look nice hold up pretty well so I'm expecting quality from these ones!
