why is 1 pack 9.94 and 2 packs 60.00?

There's two reasons that I know of that I will be able to answer for this. The first one is that if the item is being sold through Amazon Prime it is quite possible that it will be sold at a lower price and if enough gets ordered and the price is over the limit they set you get free shipping. Now if you are an Amazon Prime member that's where no shipping charge will be added and you get two day delivery if not next day. Now when individuals are selling from where they live the price will be just a little higher. The difference in the pricing with the individuals depends on how they have it placed for shipping. Some have it set to where the buyer pays the shipping fees while others have it set to free shipping which means they have to pay the shipping fees themselves so in the case of free shipping from an individual seller they have to increase the price of what they are selling for the shipping fees added to the value of the product in order to make a profit. The more packs you get the higher the price is going to be and the on;y one that I could find for 2 packs at $60.00 is sold from an individual person or small business that has free shipping set for 2 packs bought together and then they also have a three pack and those are priced at $80.00.

Can I use for tub surrounding?

If you're thinking for the walls, I wouldn't, it's a very thin vinyl and I do not think it would protect the sheetrock from water.  If you're thinking for a floor on the outside of the tub, I believe you would be fine for this purpose.  Just use a bathmat as well.  It's a great flooring, is not slippery and looks fantastic.

Question 4

If I have tile with grout already, should I cut these tiles to expose the existing grout or put tiles directly next to each other and cover the grout?

I’m sure either would be fine, but I covered my grout personally and it looks pretty good and I’m happy with the result. It would also be easier and a huge time saver to just cover the grout too
