I needed a 34 in this model because the rear of the suit is cut tight (and my rear is fairly small). On the up side, that means the cut of this suit is very flattering for me: it is modest in the front without being baggy behind. I took off a star because I can imagine that some people would find the cut a bit odd, but for me it works out perfectly.The suit is very well made. I like the feel of the Endurance Lite fabric, except for the fact that it catches on dry skin very easily (ie, your hands when you put it on). I haven't seen any fabric pulls yet, however. I hope it holds up well.I was a bit concerned that the colors would be too much, but they look great and complement the cut of the suit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Color Block Speedo Looks Good *by A***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2017* Used it one time for laps, and I can already see little snags or pilling on the fabric. When I see that, I am very disappointed considering this is a name brand Speedo. Other than that I was very impressed with the fit and feel of the color block swimsuit. I like the design and colors, and the fit is very positive and flattering. Not sure why other reviewers complain of the sizing. I chose my size according to the information on the Speedo website that I found by a Google search of "speedo sizing" or something like that. In my opinion the size is perfect. When I opened the bag, I thought it was going to be too big. However upon trying it on, the answer is yes I really do wear a 38 in this suit! Maybe some guys don't like to think they are big. Finally I wish this swimsuit was machine washable, but unfortunately it is NOT. It's not like the lycra or poly suits.I find these a lot more comfortable, but they do seem to stretch more as you swim. They go back to normal when dry, so I recommend getting your size, and not a size up.These suits look cool, but aren't too "out there" in my opinion.
