May not have all the good stuff as the latter, but gives the look and feel for significantly lower price. I use only over moisturizer or sunscreen (for sensitive skin). Does better over moisturizer. Seems to cake over sunscreen but may be the fault of the sunscreen. Claims to be paraben/talc free--has not irritated my irritable skin.Follow-up: Discontinued use.
