Does this work on keloid for bellybutton piercing

I'm sure it will.It helped shrink the keloid on my ear.

I got in the bad habit of peeling my dry chapped lower lip, now that part of my lip is lighter and stands out. Can this product restore my lip color?

I’m not sure, I used it to heal a scar and worked pretty good by using it twice a day. Hope this helps
