Affordable, easy, and solid, I’d say this is a pretty great buy overall. I do Tuning fork Massage and decided I needed to be able to be more mobile. I didn’t want to start with a $2-400 investment without knowing how it will fully integrate. So, for the price this felt like the proper entry level massage chair. It is!! And I’m actually pretty excited about it. The cushions are very comfortable. They are on the softer side so I do anticipate they will break down over time. I won’t be using it daily so I’m ok with that and think they will still last me awhile. The structure is solid. It is level and doesn’t rock. It feels steady when you get on and off. I’m 5’11 and thinner and it adjusted to fit me great. My husband is as tall and heavier. I did a full 30 minute session on him and he said it’s very comfortable. I put it together in 5-6 minutes but did need the directions for the face cushion. The little lever and spool made me check to see what was doing what. It’s all pretty simple. I highly recommend. I think I will get a lot of use out of this and it was a great deal in my opinion. Decent quality at a decent price is hard to find in any product and I think this one shows up for both.

My wife has been complaining about back pain and I've been trying to give her massages for it on the bed, but beds are usually do not product a firm and sturdy surface for massages. Ordered this product, it came quicker than initial expected delivery date. To my surprise, no issues out the box. Everything fit perfectly, it was sturdy and firm. It also folds well too. I can see how some reviews have issues with durability, this is not made for heavy duty work it's portable, simple, and easy to use. You get what you pay for. We're happy with it and would definitely recommend to others for simple family use.

I bought ours used. It had been put together. It worked great but it must have been assembled or damaged in shipping. It did not sit flush. We had to use shim to feel safe. But like I said ours had been a return. Other than that it was great quality. Sturdy. Lightweight to an extent. Easy folding. Came with storage bag. It took up as much space as a shopping cart.

I got this portable massage chair for an eye surgery where I need to put my face down most of the time. This comes partly pre-assembled already, just having to integrate the head rest and chest cushion. The cushions are clean and puffy. The frame is metallic. I like that this comes with a storage bag. Overall for the price I purchased this for ($79.99), this is a great massage chair!

Love this massage chair. It is set up in.our house for back and neck massage. It fits me just about perfectly (I am 5'5" and a little bit heavy but way under the chairs proposed weight limit). The burgs day color works great in our house. It came with a giant carry bag which we don't use but would be useful for someone who needs to move the chair for clients and tattoo conventions and such. The only thing that gives me pause in recommending for everyone is that I don't know how a tall person would fit into it. For our purposes (my partner is shorter than me) it works great. It is sturdy and light enough to move around the house and up and down stairs (I'm over 60 and have no trouble folding and carrying it. For the price, it is higher quality than I expected. The padding is firm and thick. I recommend with a slight caveat (and I could easily be wrong!) re tall people using it.

I am a massage therapist, I received this product and the first thing I noticed was that it was warped, and did not sit level to the ground, so it rocked when no one was on it. I got on it and it didn’t rock so I figured I would use it for my practice. I do a few chair massage events every year, where I have multiple clients on my chair throughout the day. During one of my events, the face rest started falling apart, and the cheap wood used for the seat cracked. It only lasted two massage chair events and I couldn’t return it because I had it too long. Don’t waste your time on cheap material.

First thing first... just know that different colors of this chair show different reviews... -It DID require assembly, which in other reviews said that it did not. The seat had to be attached to the chair base, which would normally be no big deal. Except the screw they sent for this to be done was too short. I am going out to find a replacement screw and wing nuts and then all will be well. -I read a comment from someone that said the material that covers the the chair wrinkles. I do have that going on even after using the chair just once. But the cushion seems to be a memory foam material, so that is why the material puckers. -I feel the head rest is almost out of reach for the head. It feel like I have to stretch to reach it. I think the padding in the chest plate is too thick, making it hard to place your head in the face rest. And the padding in the face rest to be too thin and not of the same cushion as the rest of the chair. but that is easily replaceable. -One note on the head rest bracket... if you find that it slips, there is a tension screw on one side. Once tightened I had zero problems there. -The chair seems very sturdy when you sit... but I noticed that the backing is all ply wood, I have worries about how the chair will hold up. -Lastly the feet of the chair are just hard plastic with NO grip. I will have to buy a small rug unless i want to be pushing clients across the floor! WHEW!! But for the money I am pleased.

This is a very nice chair. My husband and I use it to give each other shoulder and neck massages. It's sturdy and has been worth the purchase...much cheaper than getting regular massages at a spa!
