Perfect 1" Freezable chrome steel bearing for Plantar Fascitis!!
I was looking for a smaller than golf ball size solid metal ball for rolling my feet for plantar fascitis pain. I ordered two of these by mistake and didn't realize they come 6 in a pack and ended up with 12! They are perfect for getting into some small myofascial release trigger points on my foot for plantar fascitis and sore feet from the daily grind and exercise. Best part is you can freeze them for iced ball myofascial relief. These are bit smaller at 1" and you can just barely roll with your foot on short carpet, linoleum floor. I roll on a dense foam mat like the ones used for standing in the kitchen. Since they come 6 in a pack you can freeze all of them in a ziploc and use one at a time or multiples at the same time. If you roll your feet a lot you realize you may need different diameter balls for myofascial trigger points. Typically I use to only use a golf ball but now can also use the 1 1/2" chrome steel bearing sold from a different company and seller (see similar review on 1 1/2" chrome steel bearing) and the 1" chrome steel bearing each are perfect and complimentary. Now if I can find a chrome steel bearing the size of golf ball I'll be set! PS: I also recommend using the freezable GoFit Polar foot roller! https://www.amazon.com/GoFit-Polar-Roller-Plantar-Fasciitis/dp/B01B6QSD7S/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=foot+ice+roller&qid=1597266362&sr=8-6

One of the few companies that have 1 inch boarder balls
Perfect size for small hands. I just wish in came in a case like the larger ones I had purchased from another company. (They were too big 1.5 cm )

They work. (for what i use them for)
I purchased these bearings to test Blacksmith Anvils. I want to purchase a Blacksmith Anvil. Bouncing a steel bearing on the Anvil will tell you if it's good / bad.
