We’re obsessed with this mop! I bought additional mop heads and omg were my floors dirty! We mop twice every weekend with hot water but no matter what, I could never walk bare foot without my feet getting dirty. This really picks up the dirt that’s been stuck for years. I don’t find an issue with the length of the cord. It works well for me. Definitely buy this steam mop. I’ve been cleaning more frequently since it’s so convenient and heats up instantly. I don’t have to wait for the water to heat up on the stove and drag the bucket everywhere.

I enjoy the steam mop more than the conventional mops. This one works extremely well. Cleaning power is top tier. Steam quality is great and you control how much steam would be released. no need to worry about leakage and it fits almost anywhere. overall easy to use.

After about 4 years of use, mine finally died. Looking back, the steam didn’t do as much as I expected. For everyday dirt it was fine, but for anything stuck-on we still needed multiple passes and sometimes a stronger cleaner. Overall it’s okay for the price, but it didn’t feel like enough of an upgrade over a regular microfiber mop to justify ~$80. If you’re buying a floor cleaner to actually tackle grime, I’d skip this and get a motorized model that scrubs.

I really like this mop. It is a really simple mop ….and i really like that you don’t use chemicals, just water! It does a wonderful job cleaning my floors. The water tank could be a little bigger …….my one negative is the cord!!! I wish it were a little longer. I have to unplug to move to another room which is not a deal breaker but just a little inconvenient (only bc it takes a few minutes to heat back up). Again, it is a great cleaner and I would recommend and buy again!

I replaced a 10 year old Shark steam cleaner with this more model. Very nice. Works great. Gets up dirt and gooey messes with no chemicals, just steam.

The Shark steamer seems good. but my dark stain on linoleum is hard to get out, because of many years old. The stain looks lighter and better. I use only water as instructed. I think to go over again will take out the floor stain. I like the price and the steamer mop is very light. There is no setting for different temperatures, but it seems to be the correct setting for my floor. I also like it came with two pads that are washable. Thanks

Its just ok. i use it more than most, but with that being said I wish it was like the other shark steamer I had and loved it. you had more options like mopping or dusting this steamer doesn't have no controls/panel / settings.its a pump and go, literally you have to pump the handle up and down. i don't care for it but it does work would i recommend if you are dealing with one kind of flooring yes would i recommend if you have different types of flooring besides tiles No. it doesn't get as hot as the one I use to have and I looked everywhere to buy the one I had and ended up with this one. Steam quality it just ok time saving not so much because it doesn't get as hot there for you are working longer absolutely no leakage Steam quality its ok. I am being nice giving this shark a 3 star oh and its hard to see when its almost out of water. If that should happen it will be broken.so be sure to get that insurance with it. I only buy shark for my cleaning products and this shark did not hold up to its name.

I was apprehensive to buy this based on negative reviews, but I'm so happy I did. First, read the instructions. Most, not all, of the negative reviews are user error. Their complaints are clearly explainable in the directions. Yes, it does take time to heat up, just like any other device that heats water. You also have to be using the mopping motion for it to create a continues steam. I was apprehensive about that, but it is litterally not a problem. It is really confusing at first, and seems like it doesn't work, but you just need to follow the directions. Pros: -The mop is designed to use both sides of the pad. Once one side of the mop head gets dirty, you just flip the mop the other way and violà, now you have a clean side. -The mopping pad fits snug the entire time and does not loosen through use. So, even with steam and dampness, it doesn't bunch up or make it hard to mop. It stays that way even with using both sides of the pad. -It does a beautiful job! I'm so happy with the results and feel of my floors. I have diagnosed OCD and this mop greatly helps with having my floors actually feel clean. (Honestly they were probably already clean before, my brain was just convinced that they were so dirty we would get a disease. Once again, OCD.) -Dried/Stuck on residue, like from when your children don't clean up their spills, will come off. I just let the steam mop sit on the spot for a few seconds and then when mopped over it came off. A really stuck on spot I had to do a couple of times. Cons: -There is no on/off switch. You just plug it in and it starts to heat. -The cord is short. I had to unplug and plug back in to other spots to get my entire kitchen. I have an average sized kitchen. -The water reservoir is small. I had to refill it halfway through. However, I'm not sure I filled it completely. I just did one full cup of the one it comes with because I was afraid to overfill. With all that in mind, the price per quality and features 100% match the product. It's a great starter steam mop.

This worked great when I first used it, but after two uses, it stopped making steam and just water poured out. Its to late to return it so I am out my $$$. Very disappointed

I have to say my method of cleaning the kitchen floor is to wrap a wet j-cloth round a broom and go over the floor with it. Housework isn't my forte. But my husband loves this gadget, and it seems to give him great pleasure to clean the kitchen floor with it, even when it doesn't need doing. Actually the mop thing seems to remove a good deal of invisible dirt, so obviously it needs doing more than I thought. The floor dries quickly, and you just throw the mop thing in the washing machine. Job done! As long as I don't have to do it. Edit: Having read the other reviews, I looked closer at the gadget, and it is true that you have to add a UK adaptor for the machine to work. Personally I would take a star off for this, but as I say, my husband loves it, and as he is the one who uses it, what can I say?

Muy economica y funciona muy bien! La utilizo para limpiar orina y vomito de mis gatos, porque tengo 18 y funciona de maravilla. Antes veia con pesar esos accidentes de los gatitos y ahora los veo como un reto, ya que tengo el arma adecuada. :3 NOTA: Algunos clientes también con mascota aconsejan poner aceites escenciales y aromaticos en el trapeador, esto va a matar a sus mascotas. Amigos, simplemente busquen en internet antes de hacer ese tipo de experimentos. Cuiden la salud de sus mascotas y además el trapeador no es para eso.

con el Shark la boquilla esta mucho mas limpio. Tengo un perro y cuando ella toma agua la mitad sale la boca y deja manchas en la boquilla. El Shark limpia la boquilla y todo el piso es mejor.
