Fit my Woman's size 9 shoes very well. I love the clear appearance & they're unobtrusively thin which is good cuz I wear them on top of my arch supports. I bought these for my own purchase. At first, an individual has to get used to these bumps/pressure points on your feet. But once you do, you forget all about them & YES, they do work. They worked much Better, than what I though they were going to. I would recommend these to help persons who have issues walking long periods of time, standing on hard cement floors for work or Teachers/Healthcare/Service Workers who are on there feet for long periods of time. Since I started using them, I've noticed a big difference in the feel of my feet after prolonged standing or walking. The combination of acupressure and magnets really seems to work, as my feet feel more relaxed and less sore at the end of the day. They're also quite comfortable. At first, I thought the design might be awkward, but they fit well in my shoes and I don't feel any discomfort. I also like the fact that they're transparent, because they're not noticeable when wearing them. I definitely recommend them if you have foot discomfort or just need a little extra relief.

Whwn I first got them I tried them on my slippers to see how comfortable they were. They were so I placed them in my work shoes.. On an 8hr day that comfort reaaly went by-by. For support, I didnt feel any ever. Pain relief, I am.gonna say none when it comes to an 8 hr day on your feet. Results may very, what doesnt work on me, may work you!

If you wear heels perhaps these will work, but otherwise they are way too narrow for your foot to come in contact with the acupressure magnets. These would have been a great value had they not skimped on the width. There are better products out there.

I have these in all my shoes and love them. They seem to massage my feet when walking. I have pretty tough feet as I tend to go barefoot a lot. However, I tried to get my husband to try and he felt they were pokey. ( he never goes barefoot)

Bought these to replace ones I already had, but wore out. Not nearly as "knobby" as my previous ones, and that's what I was looking for in accupressure insoles. I don't feel anything with them in...

The little balls fall off, but can be put back on easily. Helped with calf pain within the month.

I have Seismoditis on right foot. Insoles are pokey not at all cushioned and makes feet hurt more after wearing a short time. It didn’t help my plantar fasciitis and heel spurs either. I wore them for a few weeks daily at work and found very little comfort and healing with these. Magnets aren’t powerful enough at all. Magnets fall out of the insoles as well.

Infact at anytime of the day I'm ever feeling aches and or pains, it's a good chance I've not been wearing them for whatever the reason and once I start to wear them again, those aches and pains go 😉 Give them a GOOD RUN!
