I've tried several different brands of Manuka honey, and this one has become my favorite. The flavor is what really stands out to me. Ok I do want to mention something about this Honey, when it is fresh it has a wonderful almost carmel flavor but I have noticed once in a while that flavor is a little different ( I have very sensitive taste). It does not change my buying it regular because it is still great especially for the price point for Manuka Honey, But thought it was something to mention for buyers.

It was to put on my wound and cover it with a loose Band-Aid to help my body heal. And it's incredible how it effective. It was. This is a Great quality raw honey that offer great health benefits for my body . I like the taste, texture and the great energy I receive while using it . It offers great spreadability from this leakage free reusable glass jar . I add a teaspoon of it to a warm glass of water , along with a squeeze of half of a lemon and take my favorite supplement with it. This honey offers great versatility and spreadability. I spread it over hot ribs right before adding BarBQue sauce to it , for a greater added taste .
