This is so good and good for you, you really only need 1/2 or less what you would with other hot cup of tea. For daily dose just the honey, 1/8tsp. The quality is superb. I've gotten other brands and this is the even "bestest". And fair priced as well. The only con would be that the inner lid has a silicone seal and it sticks to the top rim of the jar, doesn't stay in the lid; thus closing the lid is a work out and you don't want it too tight as you have to unscrew it, and it gets sticky. Yet it probably needs the seal to stay there.

The purest honey I've ever had. The taste is remarkable, and this type of honey is so healthy, it's recommended by doctors.It's a bit expensive, but well worth it. Delicious! Read about health benefits and had to try this. I’ve used this in my coffee, overnight oats, and yogurt. It’s definitely got a different look/ consistency than traditional honey…opaque and thicker. You only need a small amount, so although it’s not a big jar, it goes a long way.

I love this honey and although it is expensive, I have reordered it often in the last couple of years. I use it when I bake because I never use “sugar” in my healthy snacks. It is kind of ironic that I purchase this since I live in the city of the origin of Sioux Bee Honey! Manuka honey is thicker, richer and the most delicious honey I have ever tasted!!! Yum!

I've tried several different brands of Manuka honey, and this one has become my favorite. The flavor is what really stands out to me. It's smoother and creamier than regular honey, with a distinctive flavor that I really enjoy.I usually use it in my dark roast coffee in the morning, and it goes extremely well with the coffee. I've also noticed that it seems to give me good energy throughout the day, which is another reason I enjoy having it in the morning.Another thing I really enjoy is using about a half spoonful when I get a craving for something sweet. I can slowly enjoy it by itself, and it usually satisfies that craving without needing to reach for something else.I also like that the honey comes with information showing where it was sourced, and you can track the source if you want to. I've used other Manuka honeys with higher MGO ratings, but I keep coming back to this one because I really like the flavor and the overall quality.I like it enough that I've put it on Subscribe & Save, so I can keep it coming. Definitely a honey I'll continue to buy.update...Ok I do want to mention something about this Honey, when it is fresh it has a wonderful almost carmel flavor but I have noticed once in a while that flavor is a little different ( I have very sensitive taste).
