Worked awesome, it actually made cotton candy from hard candy. Just follow directions. Let it heat up for 10 minutes, then place hard candy in center bowl, turn back on and within seconds, cotton candy.

I bought this for my sons carnival birthday followed all directions and tips and it won’t spin at all . Any ideas on what’s wrong ?

If you've attempted to use it and it won't spend after you've put in the jolly rancher, then return it because it's defective. I had no problem with mine. It is a trial and error practice time to get it right, but it did work

Great Buy!

I bought this for my 3 grandsons. It is awesome! We even tried hard candy and it makes cotton candy in many flavors! Hard mints are a favorite! The flavored sugars are so easy to use! Great buy!

Does what it says but...

Don't get me wrong; it works, but there are two things, 1) sugar holding cup is a little small 2) it takes 5 mins to melt the sugar. So if you want to make 1 or 2 cotton candies in one sitting, it is a good bank for the buck. But if you have a large family, this is painful.

Mixed feelings about this product

You have to wait till it's cool to clean it which makes it hard to clean since it's melted sugar or hard candies. It takes a while for it to be hot enough to start. And the amount of sugar you can put in doesn't make a decent cotton candy puff. If you want it to be regular sized you have to stop the machine add more sugar and then add to what you already have. It seems like it over heats some times and will not make more than one or two cotton candy puffs. It's good for a one kid household I guess. The flavors are definitely there but it's not really worth it.
