Very Happy with my facial stool. Looks just like photo advertisement. Very comfy and well built. Very easy to assemble. Shipping schedule was as promised. I did have one equipment part that was missing when I received shipment. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent a replacement part that was missing. Excellent customer service. It looks great. Only used it for a few days and the hydraulics wouldn't keep the seat up - it sinks. I'm just going to "repair" it with a piece of pvc to keep it at the height I want.

I ordered two of these swivel chairs in white in March of 2015. I have used them in both my kitchen and bathroom. Used the one in the bathroom every day. The wheel came off bathroom chair early in January of 2018. It won't stay on, and appears seriously broken. Nevertheless, I decided that this chair gave me just under 3 years of decent service for a reasonable price, so I have just ordered one more as a replacement. I do hope it lasts as the price has increased, and there is now a substantial shipping charge, which didn't exist on my first order.

I use this chair in my bedroom in front of my vanity. It's comfortable and is perfect with a low back for support! I use it for about 20 minutes a day, and I would purchase it again. It arrived with a wheel off and after contacting the seller I was able to reattach. Easy! I've only had it a few weeks, but it's just what I wanted!

Purchased this chair for our massage room, after minimal use (less than 2 weeks), one of the wheels keeps falling out. I had to fight with the company to send me out a new base for the chair. Fingers crossed the wheels on the new base stay put.

I received the chair in the mail today and the package arrived intact with no visible damages, as we all know how packages are often mishandled during transit. Good job! The chair was extremely simple to assemble and took about a minute. Here is the bad news...upon closer inspection, the chair appears to have been previously used as can be seen by the photos. Notice the brown and grey stains on the front leading edge of the seat cushion right above the stitching. Buyer beware!

This was a gift for a friend - I loved it because I had to put it together for her and it assembled with no issue. It moved up and down and worked great. It was solid and looks well made. The little back rest is short, but I am tall, and yet it still provides support.

For the price it's pretty good. Assembly is all friction fit and the materials are far from high quality. The amount of height adjustment is impressive. Maybe a two year lifespan with daily use.
