The Model 1000 door is newest offering for ease of installation. The Pre- Assembled Industrial Door (PAID) offers a push-up operation that comes with brackets and tensioner pre-assembled. The reduced drive chain hoist operation is delivered with brackets, tension, gears and chain drive pre-assembled. - General: Pre-assembled for time and money savings. Utilizes 9 ½” diameter drum wheel. Maximum opening size of 12’ wide x 14’ high (168 sq.ft.). Push-up, hand chain and internal. Electric operations. Reduced drive chain hoist is right hand only.

Super Durable Polyester paint coatings, which are corrosion resistant. Wash coat over primer interior side. 40-year film integrity warranty — up to 25-year chalk and fade. Flexible nylon wear strips.
- Bottom Bar: 24 gauge acrylic-coated galvalumed roll formed steel. 2” x 1 ½” galvanized angle. Bulb astragal (Durometer 75). Stainless steel bolts.
- Axel/Torque Tube: 1” O.D. steel axle, 12-gauge. Oil tempered torsion springs conforming to ASTM A229. 18-gauge, 9 ½” diameter galvanized drum. Low friction, grease-filled steel ball bearings staked in each drum. 26 gauge spiral torque tubing that houses axle assembly.
