410X 410A Black Toner Cartridge for HP CF410A MFP M477fnw M477fdw M452dn

My printer model is the HP MFP m477fdw. I absolutely refuse to pay the ludicrous prices for HP's OEM replacement cartridges (take a HINT, HP! I'm not going to pay for a set of cartridges that cost as much as the original printer itself!!!!). So, I’ve been using third-party laser jet replacements, ignoring the ridiculous warnings HP loves to make pop up on my computer such as... "....YOU ARE USING unAuThOrIzEd NoN-gEnUiNe HP cartridges! BeWaRe! Your printer may print crooked pages, spontaneously combust, summon dark entities from the underworld, start streaming ‘The Office’ reruns, or worst of all—unleash a plague of paper jamming chaos that will haunt you for all of eternity." ... yeah, I’ll take my chances. Anyway, my black third-party cartridge recently went rogue—all my prints were splotchy and streaky. Wiping the roller drum didn't help, actually it made the situation worse. After doing some research, I went with the next simplest Internet advice: replace the cartridge before trying anything riskier, like cleaning the image transfer plate. I ordered a replacement but was confused at first. The new cartridge looked much taller than the one in my printer, and I thought I'd received the wrong thing. I was ready to rage through Amazon's return process. Then I spotted the "HIGH CAPACITY" label—turns out, it just holds more ink and still fits just fine inside the usual space. Crisis averted. Ran a test print, came out beautifully. Heads up, though: some reviews mention occasional duds from this product listing. If that happens, just reach out to the seller—they seem to be pretty good about replacements. I’m thrilled with how sharp and clean my prints are.

I was definitely skeptical buying a non-OEM toner. Times are tough these days and OEM toner is as eye-wateringly priced as ever. The printer manufacturers really have been milking the Gillette model for years. So when time came to replace the toner that came with my printer, I decided for the first time after decades of paying the steep OEM cartridge premium to take the plunge and try the True Image cart. Given its very reasonable price, I figured it wasn’t too risky to give it a go. To my pleasant surprise, the toner has turned out to work every bit as well as the included one I got with the printer when new. It does not smear and is just as dense as the OEM version. I am still running the original color toners, but I know where I am getting their replacements when the time comes. The cost difference in just the black cart will more than pay for a set of color carts from True Image. Well done!

Overall good. These are refurbished and refilled cartridges. Generally satisfied with the overall performance. Occasionally, the cartridges will develop streak spotting of the final print. Requires self-cleaning mode along with cleaning sheets to correct.

Bought this cartridge to replace an old one because HP cartridges are SO expensive!! This one was less than half the price and is working well with no issues. For reference, my printer model is HP Color LaserJet Pro M452dw. The printer itself accepted the cartridge with no problem, and no error message. Will purchase again.

I haven't yet installed this toner cartridge replacement just purchased, but I have used this brand before in the past and it worked great. (That's why I bought it again).

The cartridge worked fine... initially. Then, after printing a few hundred pages, a black streak began appearing on all pages. So, I ran a "cleaning" cycle on my printer. This did not work. So I diagnosed the problem with ChatGPT to figure out my options. After trouble shooting and going down the list, it turns out parts/film inside the cartridge are damaged - the film that dispenses the toner onto the drum that rotates onto the paper to print. Solution: replace cartridge. I called this seller for support but the phone number does not work.

Love the cartriages for the price. Amazing customer service. I just had a small issue and did a little chat with them and they took care of it. Would recommend!

I have only had this product for a week but so far so good. I have ordered this brand of ink in the colors and was satisfied.

It remains to be seen if the contents last as long as advertized.
