Teflon sliders that I use on my kitchen chairs gliding on ceramic tile
Replacement Teflon sliders for tables and chairs. They are easy to screw on. The wood type screws are supplied. I have been using them now for several months and they work great. Chair now doesn’t tend to stick or catch on the tile when I want to move it.

Furniture glides
Thin profile, hard plastic, quite durable, excellent for easily and quietly gliding heavy furniture across a variety of floors types. I will be buying more.

Function well if you buy smaller screws. Wear rather quickly though.
PROS: these chair leg sliders are a much better value that what you can get at local big-box store when purchased in quantity. The 1" size is a good fit for most wooden chairlegs. They slide quietly & easily on our tile floor. They stay put far better than the adhesive-backed plastic or felt pads I have tried in the past. CONS: they wear faster than the stock nail-on plastic glides that came on our quality dining room chairs. The stock screws are also too large: they have large heads that will scratch your floors before the glides are even half worn. They are also too large in diameter to replace nail-in glides without additional drilling. There is a relatively cheap & easy fix for this though: purchase #6 x 5/8" countersunk woodscrews, and you can simply screw these glides into existing nail-holes without fear of splitting the wood. I have enjoyed 3yrs of quiet function on a tile floor before having to replace these glides with new ones by upgrading to #6 countersunk screws. *IF THE MANUFACTURER IS LISTENING: please replace the oversized stock screws with something smaller and more functional!*

Product Turned Out To Be An Upgrade
I ordered these furniture sliders because one of the original sliders on my Hooker Kitchen chairs broke in half. I went to the furniture store where I purchased the set, and they did not have any replacements I could buy. You would think as much money as I spent on this table and chair set I would have options at the furniture store. Anyway, here comes this product. I replaced the missing slider and then removed the other three original sliders and screwed in the new ones, and I was immediately blown away because now the chair with the new sliders does not make that awful sliding noise on my Travertine floor when pulling the chair from the table. Also, the chair slides easier because the product is a hardened nylon opposed to a hard plastic. The attached photo illustrates the original slider (far left and middle image) and the new slider (far right image). You can see the original slider is a simple piece of molded plastic that was nailed into the bottom of the chair, and the new slider is a piece of hardened nylon that uses a screw to secure the slider. NOTE: the wear and tear on the original sliders accumulated over a ten-year period; obviously I cannot speak about the wear and tear longevity of the new sliders, but I believe they will last just as long. I am happy with this purchase and definitely recommend this product as a replacement or even if you just want to upgrade from the original sliders, so the furniture is quiet while sliding across the floor.

Easy install
Work great on bar stools in kitchen on tile floor

Good gliders, poor screws
The gliders were supplied with flathead screws, inappropriate for this application because the hole in the center of the glider is not recessed. Also, screws are made with VERY soft metal. Throw the screws away and use your own.

Recomiendo deslizadores
Muy buen producto, justo para lo que fué diseñado, las sillas se deslizan suavemente y sin rayar el piso, felicito a los productores.

No more felts
We used felts for years and well, not a good idea for an outdoor patio set. So we use these on teak chairs and tables on our deck and they are perfect. They don't collect dirt/ they don’t hold moisture. Easy to install and good value.

Great for tiled surface, slide without scratching.
Perfect for my needs. Rattan dinning chairs on 6X6" tiles. Slides nicely without scratching. Easy to install and good price for quality protection. Way better than stick-on pads. The tiles have rough edges at the grout junctions so they do take off very small fragments of the protection surface so I won't hesitate to buy more as needed.

Les meilleurs patins pour protéger le plancher.
Les meilleurs patins. Ils glissent facilement sur le plancher et restent bien en place car ils sont vissés.
