Schneider Fountain Pen Ink Cartridge, Blue, 30-Count (06703)

I've reviewed Schneider ink previously and found it to be a very good value. The ink itself is a rich, dark black, which despite the current fad of fountain pen inks in an unending number of colors that seems to be so popular right now, I myself find it the most useful in the majority of my pens. I don't do pen-&-ink drawings, I have no artistic flare of any kind, but a good strong black in my English-made calligraphy pen always looks quite impressive to my eye. Since I can and do appreciate high-quality inks such as Sailor's original "Jentle" black, and use it along with Pelikan's 4001 black, as well as Waterman's, Cross', Diamine's and Scheaffer's inks, I believe I've experienced enough inks to say that this simple Schneider's black ink is not only completely serviceable, but can hold its own against many of these inks. Does it "flow" as well as Sailor's Jentle, in a word, no. But by the same token, in most pens with well-broken-in nibs it isn't that far behind in feel and in the right pen it can be quite satisfying to write with. When you throw in the extremely well-priced offers that most sellers list it at, well I feel you cannot go wrong if you purchase some of this ink and give it a try. I have yet to find a pen that it does not write well in, and it is certainly smooth enough in laying down a line of script to truly appreciate what Schneider is providing here. It works beautifully in all of my different International standard-based pens I have, and haven't found a single compatibility problem. This ink is a true bargain, so if you are more interested in having good looking lines of script without being concerned with having an expensive name on the little packages then this ink is the real deal. It lets you save your multi-buck inks for those special letters and your important journaling entries!

Color is great and so is the absorption from the paper. Great product.

The packaging of the ink cartridges came in 5 small boxes of 6 cartridges each, not the container shown in the image. Doesn't matter too much, maybe this is better for transporting. The ink seems to flow well, good strong color (black), and does not smear. I have 3 fountain pens. An everyday use aluminum one from Muji, a fancy super-fine point fat pen, and a Cross pen, very narrow. These cartridges do not fit the narrow Cross pen. I believe it takes a completely different type.

Was 30 cartridges, as described, but did not come in the little jar that was pictured. Instead, the cartridges came in 5 little boxes of 6 packs. I was partially buying this so I could have the little jar to keep spare cartridges in so this didn't fit my needs quite as well as I wanted it to.

I'm using this ink in a Scriveiner fountain pen and was surprised at the even flow and nice dark color to it. Will definitely order it again when I've used all the cartridges.

Quality product flows smoothly to the pen nib and gives a great distribution of ink.

These cartridges arrived quickly. They were exactly what I was looking for.

30 cartouches pour 1.89€ livré, c'est parfait. J'en consomme beaucoup pour des cours et le prix de revient est bien inférieur aux stylos jetables, pour un confort et une glisse qui sont en plus très confortables. J'apprécie la boîte refermable qui est plus solide que les petits cartons de 6 habituels qui finissent par se déchirer dans les sacs. J'ai aussi acheté ce produit pour la boîte ! Et je vais la re-remplir ensuite... Seul petit bémol, l'encre n'est pas très foncée et le contraste avec le papier pourrait être plus fort. Mais on lit très bien de toutes façons.

La boîte ronde est très pratique pour stocker les cartouches sans les perdre au fond du tiroir. L'encre noire est bien pigmentée, sèche rapidement et ne bave pas. Elles s'adaptent parfaitement à mon stylo-plume standard.

Simili alle pelikan, le ho comprate per testarle un po'. Tutto sommato non sono male, anzi.. devo dire che l'inchiostro è fluido, il colore è abbastanza intenso, e il prezzo è ottimo. Comoda anche la scatoletta in plastica..

Die Patronen sind für den Tinten Roller meines Sohnes und wir sind sehr zufrieden.
