This is the first time I have used to beet root supplements. I can tell that this supplement is helping me. I am also delighted that this company made sure they were offering a product that IS GLUTEN FREE. (Earlier, I tried another supplement to help maintain a healthy blood pressure lowered my blood pressure but caused me problems because it wasn’t gluten-free. No one should make supplements that are anything but gluten-free.) This beet root supplement is working! I could tell almost immediately that it was helping my blood pressure. I even sleep much better since starting this supplement.

I bought this specifically for blood pressure lowering. It took a while -- about two weeks to notice. And the effect is small (about 4 mmHg systolic).
