I have been using this device for about 5 years now. I only had to replace it once because i was storing my original incorrectly. You do need some room for it because of it's dimensions. I only wish it had more additional weights. You do need to wash out the mouth piece regularly(always good to practice good hygiene). It works out all major mouth and neck muscle groups, which usually go first because they are hard to keep toned. I love this product.

After using this item as instructed, I noticed an immediate deepening of my marionette lines. Any exercise which involves tensing or pursing of the lips inward, which is required to hold this device, is going to exercise the wrong muscles. What you want is to find exercises which will ease tension in this area, not create it.

So far I've had this for 3 weeks. I definitely see results. Just like any workout. You're trying to contract your muscles until you cannot do it anymore. Thus the whole 30sec Twice a day won't get you far. It ended up becoming easier and I tied all the weights together to make it challenging. I am very happy with the products results!

It broke after just one month of use. Not worth the money.

I remember when this product came out, was mocked by any influencer. This product never had a chance. I think you have to know how to use it, so you can see the wonderful results. First, you cannot use your teeth. Second, start slow, practice first without the weights, so you can learn how to hold it. You have to learn how to use the muscles of your lips and mouth, so you can hold the product with them, and exercise them and feel the tightness. 30 seconds is more than enough, do not over exercise them. Facial muscles are delicate. Believe me, this product is the product that reverse, the almost impossible to beat, the appearance of MARIONETTE LINES.

Ho scritto all'azienda venditrice ed ho anche contattato Amazon, la quale nulla ha potuto fare non essendo essa la venditrice. I giapponesi hanno risposto alla mia richiesta di sostituzione dell'articolo o del rimborso dicendomi che, per avere diritto alla sostituzione o al reso, avrei dovuto comunicare il difetto/rottura entro 30 giorni!!?? Pur essendoci una garanzia di 24 mesi, questi signorini giapponesi si sono comportati da veri truffaldini! Come si può restituire un articolo entro 30 giorni, se esso si rompe dopo tale periodo?..Non hanno voluto sentire ragione: hanno fatto orecchie da mercante ed hanno risposto alle mie mail ed a quelle di Amazon, sempre con messaggi negativi. Infine, non hanno più risposto! Credo che farò intervenire l'Assiciazione Consumatori, per far valere i miei diritti! Quindi: NON COMPRATE DA QUESTA AZIENDA!! STATENE MOLTO LONTANI!! Se l'articolo si rompe (e si romperà!) dopo i 30 giorni, scordatevi della garanzia di 24 mesi! Non potendo assegnare zero stelle, sono costretto ad assegnarne almeno una!

Arrived well packaged and fast. Product worked well if you use it regularly of course. Removing the mouth piece is difficult so I would just wash it while it's still attached and dry it after every use.
