Nice, light and long
This is my second gi from GOLD. I'm 5-11 190 it's what you would expect from gold, well made and comfortable. The weave feels nice against bare skin and is pliable. The stitching is secure and straight, and it is reinforced in all the right places. The size is a pretty typical A3. Out of the box the sleeves are pretty long. I washed and dried on HOT and saw just a little shrinkage. My pics posted are prior to washing, sleeves shrunk maybe .5 inch The sleeves are probably just right now. They are a little longer than my 450 gsm gi from gold, even after the hot wash. The collar looks to be identical to the original Gold gi. Thick and a little rubbery. In my pic the aeroweave is the black. Original gold gi in white. Pants look to made quite well, very similar in size and stitching to the original Gold. Length is about .5 inch longer than OG. as an owner of both aeroweave and OG I can say I really like them both. When it's hot I'll be wearing the new light gi for sure. My OG will still be worn regularly as well. If you have long arms the aeroweave will be perfect. Shorter arms, get the OG and shrink it a little. I've washed and dried both of my Gold gis on hot.. shrinking is minimal but you do get some.

Great Gi
Lightweight , comfy, looks amazing! I normally fit an A3 pretty spot on but this one was slightly big. (Long in the sleeves and ankles) I’ll be able to shrink it down in the dryer, no problem. But next time might get a size down from them.

Beat gi so far
Well you get what you pay for. It's light, airy and strong af. Size fit perfect for short gordos like me but hell me keep cool to train longer to become less thick. Value is amazeballs. Color is rich. Only thing I don't like is the new nickname I got at the gym. "Fancy Pants" (im lying I like it)

WEIRD Fit But Light and Quality Gi ***UPDATE ADDED***
This is probably the oddest fitting gi I've ever owned. And Ive had all the major brands...origin fuji tatami venom etc. I typically wear an A3, but had to get the A2 for an ok fit. (5'11 205 lbs. Athletic Build) The length is fine, but it's large around the armpit??? Like, so much so that it puffs out even when it's wrapped as tight as possible. Maybe if you had a chest like Arnold schwarzenegger you could fill it out, but short of that, I don't think so. When rolling that extra fabric makes the collar pop open and offers grips to my partner that I don't want to offer. Additionally, out of the box its as stiff as a board. Hoping after a few wash cycles it looses up. That being said, it is incredibly light, which is very nice. If the fabric gets a little more flowy as time goes on I can see myself really enjoying this gi. The stitching and gi strength seems to be very good. It feels very sturdy despite it being so light. *** A few months later and plenty of washes....now this Gi fits much better and has softened up quite a bit. Feels great rolling! Would definitely recommend this gi. Just give it some time to get broken in.

Awesome Gi
My new favorite Gi. I was tired of overheating in my traditional Gi’s. Very lightweight and breathable yet strong enough for tough rolls and allows me to get good lapel grips. I’m 5,9 180 and the A2 is a perfect fit. I think it would still fit well even if I opted to dry on cool instead of hand dry.

A+ Quality, Perfect Size, Refreshing customer service
I’m taking the time to write this because Gold gis have proven to be the best gi I’ve come across. I’m a black belt, training since 2004 and received BB in 2021. I’ve owned annd trained in everything from Lucky Gi to Keiko Raca, Shoyoroll to Kingz. Gold gis are the ones that fit me the best and have lasted the test of time. My most used Gold, an aeroweave, had the pants string break on me once which is consistent with constant use over the years for any brand gi. I contacted Gold and they shipped one out for me free of charge. Truly the best bang for your buck and unwavering customer service. I will only buy Gold moving forward. I wear an A2: 5’11”, 210lbs, wash and hang dry. Absolute perfect fit

What an excellent gi!
This gi is one of my favorite now. It's looks great. It fits great (A1, 5'7", 163 lb. I usually buy A2 but went for A1, as per Gold BJJ's size chart). Really comfortable to roll in. It's REALLY light. My A1 weighs about 1 lb lighter than my Tatami Nova Absolute and Hayabusa Lightweight, and those are lightweight gi's by definition. My only regret that it's a last year IBJJF allows to use gi's with less than 380 GSM at their tournaments. Great job, Gold BJJ!

Great fit
I struggle with finding a gi my size where gi of other brands the A5 is too tight and A6 is too big. But this gi fits perfectly and it is light and so comfortable and durable.
