I have been using Pompeian olive oil for quite some time and decided to try this mild-tasting olive oil after reading that it might be better for sautéing, especially at higher temperatures in my cast-iron pan. We all use olive oil. I use a lot of olive oil... This is a very large bottle. It is going to last me a long time. It has a noticeably softer taste, which is good, since i don't like the overwhelming taste some olive oil has. If that sounds good to you, grab a bottle and you will be happy for a while, at least until it runs out and you have to buy it again. Its a little expensive, but its cheaper than buying a lot of little bottles, so if you go through a lot of olive oil like i do, do yourself a favor and grab yourself one of these bad boys. The only con i can think of is the weird looks your friends might give you if they see this massive bottle of olive oil on your counter. It seriously looks like a bottle of something you are about to pour into your car.
