Stir-Fry (Williams-Sonoma Kitchen Library)

I have this whole set myself and got this for my grandson who lives at University, with a kitchen to prepare weekend meals, which he likes to do.

Got the product fast and it has excellent recipes

I have this book to as a Christmas gift. This is one of the best stir fry recipe book I have seen. It is by Williams Sonoma, has great pictures and detailed instructions. The recipient was very pleased with this gift.

This stir-fry cookbook offers some simple yet detailed recipes. I haven't had a chance to try any yet. But hopefully they will turn out as good as they look here. I would recommend!

DeBuyer and cast iron require a little loving care but they respond with superb performance over any other cookware. All Clad runs a close second for re-heating and cooking with wines, soy sauces, alcohols, which would ruin the patina of DeBuyer and Lodge cookware.

Great publication with all great tips and recipes. I would recommend to anyone who is wanting to eat healthier and live longer.

I tried several recipes that looked delicious, but found them to have very little taste. They were easy to make and I will try more, but I wasn't impressed so far.
