It is not as supportive as the torture device style but I wore one to work (bartending) and was comfortable all evening (10 hrs total-work and home), never felt like it was going to fall off or down or like my girls were going to pop out of the top. The padding fells a little weird but it was still comfortable and worked like I needed it to . I wear a size 38DD so I was concerned about it not holding up.
