Worked great to keep my autoinjector cold for a trip. Holds one injector just fine. Nice and sleek. Got a water bottle holder with pockets for the extras (bandages/alcohol swabs). Color is lovely. Took all the stress out of traveling on injection days! Over all a great value!

Perfect chilling bottle for Zepbound injectable. Fits ONE pen only. I purchased this for my road trip from Houston, TX to Pensacola, FL. That drive usually only takes 7.5-8 hours, but this time, we were on the road 11 hours due to bad weather and heavy traffic. My pen was safe and cool in the bottle for the entire trip. I was able to check the tempature regularly by lightly tapping on the bottle top and see the tempature displayed nicely. The bottle never got over 35 degrees the entire time. I used the frozen cylinder for my trip, but it also comes with an emergency/quick convenience cylinder that you can add ice water to for short trips. I leave the frozen pack in my freezer for long trips and the emergency cylinder in my car for unepected times. The reading on the photos (78 degrees) was taken before the frozen pack was placed in the bottle. The ones without a tempature gauge would probably be fine, but it calmed my nerves to see the display shows my pen was the tempature it needed to be.

These travel cases are very good. They keep our kid's insulin cold for up to 2 and a half days. It helps to keep lid closed and not open unnecessarily. Its nice you can check temperature easily with digital reading on top of lid. Just touch screen for temp reading. They will hold only two insulin pens for this compact size cooler. The purpose of these insulin coolers is for taking longer trips.

This is the best pen cooler for my insulin that I have purchased, I have tried several. Stays cool for well over 24 hours in Florida.

UPDATE: Previous review is below. Seller sent new top with new temperature probe and display at no cost to me. All working well. Excellent customer service. The only reason for 4 stars is that the battery for the temperature display is not user replaceable. Temperature display failed on second use one month after return window closed. The display is always on and you can see in the picture that it’s just two segments and the Fahrenheit symbol. The rest seemed to function well on first use, but knowing the temperature is sure handy.

Excellent but it only fits two of my insulin pens. Nevertheless, I am traveling in Europe now with very long walks and very hot days. My insulin’s stays cool the entire day with no issues as I had before with some of the frozen gel packs. The blue ice pack on this keeps the insulin cool for a long time. I also like the digital temperature sensor.

Very unhappy with this item and nonexistent Amazon customer service -- which there is none for this product as it's non returnable -- assuming because it has a mercury thermometer in the bottle. Found that out when my Orencia injector pen didn't fit in the case with the cooler, even though it is on the list of injector pens that should fit one in the product. Guess I can't just assume Amazon has easy returns, and have to read all of the fine print. The interior space of this item is really small with the cooler, so unless you have a 1/2 diameter pen or a traditional syringe, you're not fitting your medication in this product.

I was so impressed by this cooler traveler during our two weeks out of the country. I highly recommend this product. The only thing I wondered about does it keep it too cold, slightly below freezing? I didn’t test its 60 hour ability BUT I did 48 & I can say it worked! Did not have to worry about the medication warming up too fast.

Llevaba buscando algo que realmente mantuviese fría la insulina por mucho tiempo. En un viaje de trabajo de 2 días (a un lugar donde estábamos a 35°C) se mantuvo siempre entre 1° y 3°. No hubo necesidad de buscar refrigeración en otra parte.
