The one thing I did notice is that the underside (with the drip edges) is not smooth. It's a pain in the butt to clean that side. For the price and the brand, I expected perfection. It is a little small for that unless you are making personal-size pies. But the other side is a cutting board with a groove to catch juices, and it is ideal for that.
