DariceJingle Bell Gold with Star Cutouts 2.75 inches (6-Pack) 10558-22

Used this for a Cult of the Lamb cosplay costume and it looked great. Now I have 5 other bells I don't know what to do with . . .

I purchased this set of six Darice 2.75 inch gold bells in order to make a door alert for my new rescue dog. My older dog has been perfectly bell trained to go out since she was a puppy but the new dog is a bit of a challenge. I had previously purchased PoochieBells in the mudslide pattern and I did a review stating that they were not as good or as loud as I expected and my new dog has been proving that true since she barely touches the bells producing little or no sound. I needed to get something that would ring loudly and with not much touch.The Darice bells are very large and six of them make it easy for a little dog to sound the alarm. They came individually packaged which is nice if someone is using them for another purpose and doesn't need six at once. I currently have them strung together with craft cord to determine the optimum spacing for my dog's use. I have attached a picture next to the Poochiebells which have four smaller bells. The Darice bells have a nice tone and a bright shiny finish. I'm happy with my purchase

The gold coloring is a film that's been poorly applied to the outside of the bell. All six arrived with some level of bubbling/tearing, plus some dents in the metal itself. They're serviceable but I wouldn't use it for anything that would be viewed up close, plus the film flakes that fall off are as bad as glitter.

When I received these bells they were not at all what the photo looked like. They had a rough finish and were scratched. Not packed well.

These are big bells and great for oversized cosplays!

These bells were exactly what I wanted to make Christmas ornaments. I gave them a coat of gesso, then painted 3 of them white, and 3 of them blue and decorated to give as little gifts for Christmas without breaking the bank. They're very nice quality and I had no issues with dents or poor packaging. They were exactly as shown in photo and very easy to loop ribbon through the top for hanging purposes. And I love that they really *jingle*!

Not much to say about this!They are gold-toned oversized jingle bells, suitable for various kinds of decorations for the winter holidays. We add them to a fluffy white-and-gold bow and add them to plain pine wreaths.
