Product Description Nurofen Migraine Pain provides relief from headache and migraine pain.Each Caplet Contains: Ibuprofen Lysine 342mg (Equivalent To Ibuprofen 200mg),see Leaflet For Full List Ingredients Each caplet contains: Ibuprofen Lysine 342mg (equivalent to Ibuprofen 200mg), See leaflet for full list Directions DOSAGE: Adults, the elderly and children 12 years and older: Take 1 or 2 tablets with water, then if necessary, take 1 or 2 tablets every 4 hours. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. Not suitable for children under 12 years. If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms occur, consult your doctor or pharmacist. DO NOT TAKE: If you have or have ever had a stomach ulcer, or If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, ibuprofen, aspirin or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammtory drugs (NSAIDS). I've used another well know brand for years which works just as well but someone suggested these and they worked as well but were so much cheaper that just based on value for money alone these are no my preferred choice.

**Q: What packaging does it come in?**
A: You can't see what's inside if that's what you're asking. It comes in Amazon's own carton.

**Q: Can you break them in half please? I sometimes overreact to meds so would like to be able to initially.**
A: You can not really break them in half But just 1 would be sufficient.Take Nurofen  200 mg instead If these are  too strong.

**Q: Do these have caffeine in them?**
A: Active ingredients ibuprofen 200mg povidone,sodium starch  glycollate  type A , magnesium  stegrate, hypromellose,  it doesn't  say caffeine

**Q: How long do they last**
A: Depends on the severity of the migraine, if you catch it early then lysine clears it, if you leave it too long and the migraine takes hold these wouldn't help then
