I've been taking this brand of turmeic for some time to calm irritated bowels. Normally one capsule will do it, ocassionally two. It always helps. With so many foods and supplements containing undisclosed toxic chemicals, it's a real challenge to eat truly clean these days, so these caps are my backup. I've not experienced any negative issues with them.

Multi-supplement capsules are a helpful way for me to consolidate my daily intake, so I always appreciate trying new products that I can incorporate into my regimen. This one caught my eye due to its inclusion of Turmeric, Ginger, Quercetin and Bromelain, all of which have been recommended by my chronic illness doc. I'm on the fence regarding whether I'd reorder. My symptoms have worsened over the past year. Unfortunately, I haven't felt any impact from taking this over the past few weeks. It could take more time to have an impact and I may need to up my dosage, but I feel the quantity needed for my recommended intake ranges may reduce this product's value for my needs. It is in a lower seeming price range than similar products, however. It could be worth a try for those with lower recommended doses. It's tough to tell if my bod has had any MCAS reactions to this specifically. So far, however, I haven't noted reduction in my skin sensitivity, urticaria flares, digestion, etc. Nothing seems to have worsened but I'm still at a plateau of symptoms. If I correlate any impacts to this product I'll update, but for now I'm not super sold on it.

The effectiveness on a scale of 1-10 would be about 7.

the combination of medicinal herbs in one capsule is very good. however, the size of the capsule is quite large that I find it difficult to swallow.

This product worked great for me. Take as describe, takes up to atleast 2 weeks to feel the full effect.

First, let me say that it's difficult to leave a thorough review of this product without having taken it awhile, but so far, this seems to be a really good product and working as advertised. I am excited for continued benefits with continued use. This product had a good exterior and inner safety seal which gave me peace of mind that it had not been tampered with. This product has an expiration date of 08/2025. As far as price, $18.93 for only 15 servings seems rather expensive. *There are 60 capsules, but the recommended dose is 4 capsules. For a full month's supply, it would cost $37.86. With that being said, if it helps improve quality of life, it's worth it. *See my pics for more product details.
