The shipping and packaging was great. I was able to easily fold and stuff my 18x18" pillow insert in without any issues.The quality, stitching and zipper closure are all nice. The only things that I'd like to make note of are, the burlap feels rather thin and imitation and the peacock's neck look like someone forgot to color it in. In other words, it looks like a blotch of color is faded rather than blended right.I know it's supposed to be a watercolor print design, but it just looks rather odd. I may take a dark brown permanent pen to trace the outline of the neck and leave the orange-color faded.......we shall see.In any event, it'll have to do because shipping it back, isn't worth the cost. Overall, it could've been slightly cheaper, due to the complete product makeup.
