Review: Don’t Sweat It! Buy It! Girls Gone Wild Yam Root 🍠 - Day 3 start of 700 mg of this stuff (using in conjunction with Menopause Support by Nature’s Craft) and I am shocked by how clear minded I feel (compared to what was previously happening) now I’m also get ting over a brain injury from March 2025, an adverse medication reaction, and PTSD, but I still had more mental clarity before April 2026, after April 2026, I was blaming how I felt on the TBI and PTSD and even leftovers of the stupid antidepressant that did way more harm than good…night sweats started around April 2026 and it was HORRIBLE. Waking up drenched like a bucket of water was dumped on me. I’d be overheating, kick the blankets off, be immediately freezing, and entire nights were like that. The Menopause Support took the edge off so I could sleep better but this Wild Yam Root?!—I spent the last two nights sleeping solid the whole night through (granted also taking sleeping aids now) but I don’t wake up super groggy or automatically miserable and hopeless. I had a little bit of sweat on my brow and nose but I was just warm, not hot and overheating. I was afraid I had Lupus, but since my body is responding to herbal remedies for menopause, I realize that that’s what must be “wrong” with me. My thinking was very circular and negative. But now I feel more euphoric—not in a crazy way—but I do feel way more calm and hopeful. I think I have more mental clarity and energy, definitely more enthusiasm about being alive in general. I didn’t expect this fast of a difference (even though other women noted it, which is why I bought this one) but I am pleased and wonder if I will experience more benefits as the days go on? **Q: What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?**
A: Hello. The benefits I experienced using this product is an immediate decrease in hot flashes and all the symptoms you have with them! After one dosage (that sounds crazy, but for me it’s true), I noticed a decrease in the number of hot flashes I was having. After a week, they were gone completely and have been gone for months! I was having them several times an hour before I started taking these pills. Good luck! I hope you have the same success as me.

**Q: Does this wild yam contain suffucient amounts of dhea like im told??**
A: Wild Yam is the whole herb form. This product contains the root that has been dried, then ground into a powder and placed into a capsule. This product is not standardized and we do not test for DHEA content.

**Q: Anyone in meno or peri meno exp weight gain w/this?**
A: Our Wild Yam Root is not known to cause weight gain. However, we cannot predict individual responses to dietary supplements as we are all unique in our dietary needs.

**Q: How long does this take to start working?**
A: Depends on what you are using it for. I use it for gall stone attacks. Once I feel a flair up starting, I take three. If in 15 minutes I still feel it, I take another three and 90% of the time, it's gone, otherwise, I take another three and then it's gone.
