This is the real B3 not pretend B3 as almost all the others, dare I say the Flintstone Gummies variety, and of the proper dose no less. It works.

The purer form of Niancin that your body can use immediately
Been taking this for more than a year. When you take Niacin, your body breaks it down and makes Niacinamide from it. So I just take the purer form to begin with. My mom was also taking various Niacin supplements and was getting flushed when she took them. With this product she no longer gets flushed
