When this arrived I thought I'd made a great purchase. The material is very strong and the zipper looked big and bold. Too bad the zipper doesn't work. The lining inside the bag gets caught In the zipper within the first inch. I fought with this thing for 30 minutes and never got it rezipped. My wife is going to try to tack the liner down so the zipper will work, but she shouldn't have to do that. And who knows if it will solve the problem? Don't bother.I am changing my review as the seller saw that I was not satisfied with the zipper on the bag I received and immediately made it right. The new bag is exactly what I was expecting. I have to say that I am very pleased with the seller, Rough Enough, and the new bag I have received.

While I like Rough Enough's stuff and have several of their items, this one is a severe miss. I didn't open or shut it once without the zipper getting caught in the red inner liner. Trying to uncatch the zipper resulted in the entire thing coming apart. Very disappointed

The zipper gets caught on the red interior liner almost everytime I open or close it. I like the bag itself which I will be using for drawing supplies, but if I can't get into the bag because of the zipper then it's useless. Give it another day and I may send this back.

I needed a document pouch to carry a small stack of standard sized (8.5x11 inches) papers, and a file folder or two. This pouch, the A4 variant, is perfectly sized. It is big enough that I can open, insert, remove, and sort through the papers inside the pouch. It is also large enough to store a folder for papers (think elementary school folder with internal pockets). I am very happy with this.Construction seems to be heavy duty. Canvas outside, nylon (?) internal, heavy duty metal zipper. I expect that it will last a long long time.Initially I purchased the smaller "Rough Enough 12.5 X 8.8 Inches Heavy Canvas Fancy Vintage Document Folder Holder," but this was to small for my needs.

It has a red fabric liner that jams up in the Zipper now it jammed permanently so I had to rip the liner out. It's garbage

As several reviewers already observed - totally unusable. Deep red lining is a nice touch but it gets stuck in the zipper. Do not think about buying it unless you absolutely have to waste your money or collect ill designed / ill thought through junk.

Great in theory but too much red nylon lining meant the zipper kept getting stuck. The company was great and sent a new one straight away unfortunately this one had water stains

It's rough but very tough hold all my stationary with ease and looks like it'll be my pencil case for years
