Is the weight 9.4 lbs for one or both together?

Honestly, I do not know but I can say that they are not flimsy, it could be 9 pounds for one but I doubt it. It is probably for both.both. The weight was not important to me. I hope it helped. PM

How can I get a patch kit for a dark camel colored cover?

2 clear patches came with mine!!

If I order and the size doesn't fit, am I able to return them?

I exchanged mine, as i ordered wrong size. No problems with exchange....a return would probably be just as easy.

Will 2 of these fit inside a 22 gallon storage container when folded?

When folded mine are 16 x 9 x 6 inches. So, will fit very well with room left over in your storage container.
