Karate Uniform for Kids and Adult, Lightweight Karate Gi Student Uniform with Belt for Martial Arts training - White

I purchased this uniform because I wanted a white top to wear as a juban (undershirt) beneath my black wide sleeve iaido gi and hakama (uniform for iaido Japanese martial art using a sword). It is reasonably priced and well made of a light weight breathable material that feels comfortable on my skin. It is also easy to care for, sewn well and I expect it to be durable from frequent launderings. I washed it in my top loading washing machine in cold water using ECO liquid detergent in a regular wash cycle, then air dried it on hanger. No shrinkage and it keeps its original shape. I wear the top as a juban (undershirt) under my traditional wide sleeve gi for my iaido Japanese martial arts lessons and practices.

The gi is very great. I think it is comfortable and fit. My friend said it looked beautiful too.

Excellent quality, perfect stitching. My son is 5’2” and is 145lbs and I got the size 4 this was too small for my son. It says that size 4 would’ve been good for someone 170lbs and 5’7”. I gave it 4 stars for this reason otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Great uniform for a beginner! It fits well, is not see through, and I think the sizing is pretty spot on. The only thing I will say (and I think most uniforms that have elastic in the waistband are like this) is that the pants are kind of tight. I got the size 3, which is for people 5’3”-5’6”, I think. I weigh about 120lbs, so I’m on the small to average side. The pants are kind of tight on me. I’m thinking of cutting into the band and seeing if I can sew in another inch or two of elastic. There’s a drawstring too so I don’t know why they make the bands so tight, unless they assume all people practicing martial arts are really skinny?? I like that it’s lightweight. I have another gi that’s super thick and 100% cotton that is supposed to be breathable but it’s HOT. This one seems like it’ll breathe better even though I think it’s more than half polyester. It doesn’t seem like it’ll rip or anything though. I like the structure and fit too—not too boxy and I don’t feel like an idiot wearing it out in public. Good value!

I bought a few of these karate uniforms for my daughters, and they are perfect! They fit well, are comfortable, and allow easy movement during practice and drills. the quality is great, and I definitely recommend them for both kids and adults. My girls are growing, so I will be purchasing another uniform soon - Definitely worth the money!

Love this gi. I wanted one to use for practice. The jacket is to small and tight. The pants fit good. Quality is good and it’s soft.

Had to buy one for a spare. Perfect size. Not to long. No shrinkage. Not too heavy.

I bought this for my son for his taekwondo class and it is very well made great quality it will never fall apart because the material is that strong very pleased with my purchase five stars

Overall it's all good only concern abt fabric quality coz the price u paid for it should get better.
