Some great cheese
I buy this cheese from a local store. This is a triple milk blend cheese. If left to ripen this cheese will become semi-liquid and will smell very ripe. It is very buttery, smooth, a bit bluey. I prefer to allow the cheese to ripen because I enjoy the more ripe flavor that develops. Great with rice crackers, salami, champagne. Good anytime including breakfast:) Just a really enjoyable cheese.
