The strengthening factor is from the rosemary oil. **Q: My hair masque came with no inner seal. I see that this was the experience of other purchasers. Can the seller please explain why this is so???** A: Most Mielle Organics products whether you buy them in store or online do not come with an inner seal. This is just the way the company sells their products. **Q: I already have thick hair but will it make my hair any thicker or will it remain the same?
