I have damage to the macula in one of my eyes. My optometrist recommended Ocuvite but I have been using the Carlyle Lutein and Zeaxanthin 20mg Softgels and have noticed a real improvement in the vision of my bad eye. The pills are small reddish colored softgels that are easy to swallow. No bad taste or smell. I'm very happy with my purchase and have been taking them daily for months now.
