BEST Expansion Since The First! Manditory Purchase!
What a turn around! After the lackluster 'Marshlands' expansion, I thought Kingdom Builder was done. !t seemed as if Queen Games, and designer Donald X. Vaccarino, had taken the concept as far as it could go. But, I'm glad to say, I was wrong!The "Harvest" expansion is the best since the very first Kingdom Builder add-on (Nomads)! In fact, in MIGHT even become the best after a few more playthroughs! It's very close at the moment. There isn't a single bad element in Harvest. All the new cards, maps and ways to score are all terrific! About the only negative I can see in Harvest is that the new scoring methods can/will lead to very high scores if the right combo come out. Players who like close, low-scoring games might want to try before you buy.This expansion and Nomads will ALWAYS be part of the 'basic' mix when I break out Kingdom Builder. Expansion's 2 (Crossroads) and 3 (Marshes) will be added from time to time if the mood hits. I'd still recommend getting the Nomads expansions first, but Harvest should definitely be your second purchase!

Good and fun expansion
Our family has enjoyed Kingdom Builder since we got it for our son 2 years ago (the Big Box version with 2 expansions). This expansion has added additional quality play options and further expands on a great and fun, yet simple, system.

Expansion boards don’t match original game
I really like the game kingdom builder as a whole but I am very displeased with the quality of the game boards in this expansion and the marshlands expansion. The tan part in the empty space between all the terrain types is much more apparent in this expansion and marshlands. It adds for some distraction while playing this with the main game. Kinda nit picky but I’m all for consistency when it comes to board games.

Schöne Erweiterung!
Die 4. Kingdom Builder Erweiterung HARVEST ist sehr schnell eingetroffen, noch einen Tag vor der geplanten Zustellung.Durch die 6 neuen Karten und die 4 neuen Quadranten mit den entsprechenden Orten entstehen, wie schon bei den Erweiterungen zuvor,noch mehr Möglichkeiten, das Spielziel zu erreichen. Das Konzept des Spiels mit seinen Erweiterungen ermöglicht es, das Spiel immer wieder auf unterschiedliche Weise zu spielen, was immer wieder für Abwechslung sorgt.Bei den Erweiterungen HARVEST und MARSHLANDS ist eine Spieleranzahl von 2-4 angeben, obwohl die 1. Erweiterung (NOMADS) ein Set für einen 5. Spieler beinhaltet. Wenn man NOMADS schon hat, lassen sich die 2. Erweiterung (CROSSROADS), die 3. Erweiterung (MARSHLANDS) und HARVEST problemlos auch zu fünft spielen.

Wieder eine tolle Erweiterung!
Für alle Kingdom Builder eine tolle Erweiterung. Die neuen Möglichkeiten bieten ganz eigene strategische Spielideen. Natürlich auch mit den anderen Sets kombinierbar. Alles in der gewohnt sehr guten Qualität. Wir haben viel Spielspass.
