Knorr Granulated Bouillon Shrimp 7.9 oz

It is practically impossible to find fish/seafood stock in this part of the US, other than bottles of clam juice. This powder is a great option for stews and sauces that call for seafood stock. It has a good seafood flavor without being overpowering. A little more powder or a little less powder can amp up the flavor or reduce it to a subtle taste. Very pleased with the convenience. It's a good value, given that powders will last longer than prepared seafood stock; only 3/4 tsp per cup for a rich flavor.

Great for sushi bakes and ramen or just to flavor your rice.

I decided to make Shrimp Bisque and needed a good bouillon for the base. Knorr's products have never let me down and their Shrimp Bouillon is no exception. Rich and robust flavor, it made the base that made the Bisque wonderful.

I was unable to find boxed fish stock in the grocery and was too lazy to make it from scratch. This is a good substitute and made a great stock for my seafood gumbo. I wish it was available in the same large size as Knorr chicken and beef stock.

Always a good flavor. However; this time the plastic jar was dented. Luckily no leaks (yet). If Knorr switches to glass there would have been a problem. I'll keep buying as long as the product stays the same.
