Top tier function and quality. Installed easily and served its purpose so I didn’t lose my snowboard. I’ve used other brands and those were returned because of subpar design, quality, and functionality.

I was in between these and thule ski racks. Yakima’s were half the price and seemed pretty good for my needs. I got them, installation was a breeze, use even more practical, fits 2 sets of skis easily. I loved them for a month then went into a car accident where I lost the keys. The racks were absolutely fine (they endured a car accident where the car was totaled) so I installed them to a new car. I realized the keys were lost and reached out to the company to see if they can send second pair of keys. Within 3 days I received my additional keys. They didn’t have to provide that yet they still did, lovely people really.

Bought this because it was a cheaper option. Works as advertised. I have it on my 2021 Outback. Driven on highways going 75 mph and it's held up. Super easy to install, should fit a wide variety of racks as well with the adjustable mount. Took probably about 20 min to assemble and put on the car. Only knocks on it is that it is definitely not aerodynamic. I knew it would create some wind resistance, but there is wind noise when you go above 40 with a empty rack. I also wish some more of the components were metal instead of plastic. Overall its fine and does what it is suppose to. But give it 4 stars for those 2 reasons. Looking back, I wish I would have paid the extra money for the low profile version, but overall happy with it.

Don’t buy this. Period. The locks don’t work. Install was easy. I was really happy until I put the boards in, locked the rack, and then I was able to open it with hardly any effort. Now I am concerned it’s going to open while driving. Super disappoint. Also, I bought last season and installed this season- “outside the warranty.” I wanted Yakima for the “quality.” Now I have to contact them directly and beg for a replacement. Super disappointed. Skip this rack.

Setup was very easy. Once done it was very sturdy, not a touch of wobble anywhere. I saw a few reviews that people had issues with noise on the highway. I drove with it yesterday for the first time and had three pairs of skis on the rack at speeds up to 80 MPH. I didn't notice any noise at all. Using with a Mazda CX-9 but it should fit any standard cross bars.

Don’t buy a used one. Mine came muddy and without keys. Very lame.

Great quality. Fits 5 skis really well. Make sure you know what size you are getting and get a bigger one if you want to fit more
