Really great supplement
This supplement does the job.. my legs had started getting a weird sensation only at night a few months ago . So I started taking electrolytes but sometimes it would not work. Spoke to my Nd Dr Sherman and he said if cramps in legs use magnesium, if twitchy legs try potassium 99 mgs at night and if its neither magnesium or potassium it could be an iron uptake problem which is a different issue all together. So thank God the potassium worked and I already have been taking a great magnesium product called professional formulas magnesium complex for 11 years now and I purchase it on Amazon too..

I notice a big difference in muscle aches and soreness
This brand seems to be effective. Electrolyte balance is tricky, and can be dangerous. I don't take the full 4700 mg the FDA recommends. For me, just 3- 99mg a day seems adequate. Too much can be dangerous, which is why you never see potassium supplements in more than 99gr. If I stop taking it for more than a day, I notice when I get up in the morning, my body is very sore, and achy. I've also noticed I get more agitated, cranky, when I don't take it. I do make sure to balance it with other electrolytes, Magnesium and unprocessed salt.

It's okay. Buy 1000 mg instead. 3.4 grams /day is recommended. Are you gonna swallow 34 of these? I do 2x 1000mg .day... Works betterIt's okay. Buy 1000 mg instead. A daily dose of 3.4 grams is recommended. Are you going to swallow 34 of these? I take two 1000 mg doses per day. It works better.
