Autoglym Polar Seal, 1L - Thick Snow Foam Pressure Wash Coating For High-Gloss Finish On Your Car Exterior

I bought all three steps, Polar Blast, Polar Wash and Polar Seal and I’m so impressed. I made up the Polar Seal as directed - 4 cap fulls or 40ml of product mixed with 200ml of water and to be honest I could have done two cars. I ended up going around my car 2-3 times with the Polar Seal until it was all gone then I left it for about two minutes and washed it off. I used it all over the car including the windows despite the directions saying to avoid the windows and you could instantly see the water beading off. I went straight in with microfibre drying cloths and I can honestly say my car wasn’t even this shiny when I picked it up from the showroom. I don’t think the photo does it justice because once I’d dried it all it was such a high gloss shine that it looked like my car had a glass coating. I’ve purchased a lot of Autoglym products and been happy with all of them. If you love detailing your car as I do then I highly recommend Autoglym products but especially Polar Seal because having tried other products this is by far the best and the easiest to use. No effort needed whatsoever. It also smells gorgeous which is a bonus. Nine days later and a lot of rain and dust my car still looks really clean and shiny. I just waved the jet wash over it quickly (just water) and the road dirt and dust came off and it was back to being shiny again. I don’t know how long it’ll last but I’ll be washing it again at the weekend so I reckon you’re good for at least two weeks or more if you use this. I watched a video that said if you use the Polar Seal over four washes (4-6 weeks) it’ll have built up a layer so you then only have to use it once a month. I know now I can probably use only 20ml of product and 100ml of water and it’ll be enough for my car. Also, I have been driving in the rain a lot and the water is just beading off my windscreen it’s amazing. My brother tried it and said he’s always had problems with his windscreen looking marked and a bit dirty especially when he’s had his wipers on but he used this and his windscreen is so clear, no more marks, he said it’s like driving a new car. I can’t recommend this highly enough. If you get it you won’t be disappointed.

I bought this (not as part of the polar trio) as a between-wax/polish top up protection. It is spot on. I have a smaller car so I adjust my measurements. Towel drying is a doddle and buffs in the process. Highly recommended product.

Product is great, but delivery is shocking, thrown in my back garden through the gate , with delivery comments by front door, Amazon not great. Also in the heat of today when product should be kept out of direct sun.

It does what it says on the bottle. You get a fantastic finish, rain just beads instantly. Just one caution, don’t get it on the windscreen either directly or when rinsing off after applying. I foam up the sides and bonnet carefully, go over it with a noodle mitt. While the mitt is wet with the solution I wipe over the roof and pillars. Wash off the roof first blasting any solution to the back of the car. You must wipe over the ca to dry it, I use a damp genuine chamois leather cloth, for a speckle an streak free finish. Highly recommend especially when used with the other Autoglym Polar products

I'm a big fan of Autoglym products and have used them for years. All of their producst with perhaps the exception of their wheel protector spray which they seem to have discontinued consistently perform and generally offer fairly good value for money. The polar range has been a game changer for me. I suffer from a bad back that means washing my car often leaves me in severe pain. The polar range (Polar blast, Polar wash and this Polar Seal) allows me to perform a pretty decent wash using my jet washer and a quick contact wash for the shampoo. The Polar Seal was the latest addition to my cleaning kit and it provides a super-easy way to add some protection to your car following a clean. Whilst I like to ceramic coat my car every so often this is ideal for those times when I'm short on time or don't necessarily need to do a full deep clean. It's super easy to apply - just spray it on with a foam cannon and then rinse it off with your jet washer and you're done. Immediately after application I could see the car was repelling water so it clearly works. The foam didn't seem super thick but I don't htink this is too important as my understanding is it doesn't need to cling to the car and dwell for an extended period. Whilst you'll never beat a full clean and decontamination a wash followed by this seal should provide decent results and help protect your car. Another decent Autoglym product that just works as described.

I used this product after Autoglyms polar blast, makes car washing super easy. The finished appearance is very good. Very good product and good value for money.

This is just like that stuff the car wash apples before the drying bit... makes it look like you have spent ages polishing your car with the water beading on it but it literally take a minute or two. It says not to get it on glass which I ignored surley I thought water beading on the windscreen will just run off with the airflow and I won't need the wipers as much.... wrong... yes its fine, however if wet say in the morning with condensation and the sun is shining if you put the windscreen wipers on the glass becomes opaque with all the light reflection, if you apply the demister it generally clears up and the wipers work properly again a minute or so later, but it could a bit dangerous for obvious reasons. Now I avoid applying to the windscreen! Other than that brilliant stuff, it goes a long way as you only use a tiny amount mixed with water, i quite like the smell too.

Il prodotto ho provato sia a risciacquarlo che ad asciugare direttamente l'auto dopo l'applicazione e il risultato non cambia, è sempre incredibilmente efficace. Dopo applicazione basta passare il panno in microfibra che praticamente l'auto si asciuga da sola. Non lascia aloni ne striature di asciugatura. Una nota, se non lo si risciaqua bisogna soffiare negli accoppiamenti della carrozzeria perché può lasciare tracce tipo calcare. NB: il trattamento restiste anche dopo settimane, ho lavato l'auto al self e l'effetto idrorepellente resta

Bin damals durch die Videobeiträge von Car Throttle auf die Marke gekommen, wo sie die Autowäsche mal schön demonstrieren. Wenn man es so macht, ist das Resultat tatsächlich umwerfend :)
